Ukraine is still facing speed restrictions on military-grade Starlink and Starshield services, undermining drone operations, frontline logistics, and defenses against Russian attacks, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told U.S. lawmakers.

Zelenskyy said Kyiv has received no clear explanation for the restrictions, which affect operations on Ukrainian territory
