Snow, rain and strong winds hit EC
Large parts of the Eastern Cape are experiencing severe weather. Heavy snow, strong winds and rain have disrupted travel and services. In Barkly East, heavy snowfall has trapped motorists and forced the closure of three mountain passes. #dstv403
