Sikorski at GLOBSEC: “We managed to confuse Putin”
“This is how you do strategic deception.”
Speaking at the Globsec Forum in Prague on Friday, Poland’s top diplomat joked that the confusion surrounding recent U.S. troop decisions had “misled” Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“He has no idea what we will do,” Sikorski said.
Trump has since confirmed that the U.S. troop presence in Poland will remain roughly the same.
