Sg Buloh nursery operators get leave to commence legal proceedings
Sungai Buloh Green Lane plant nursery operators have been granted leave by the Shah Alam High Court to challenge a land office notice requiring them to vacate their lots.
The 13 applicants are seeking to quash the March 16 eviction notice and apply for a stay to maintain the status quo.
