Sewage spillage causes major disruption, schooling disrupted
Katlehong residents say their daily lives have been turned upside down by an unbearable stench caused by a sewerage spillage in the area.
The situation has also disrupted teaching and learning, forcing learners to take to the streets in protest over the health hazard at their school.
In response, Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi, together with other government officials, visited the school to assess the situation and chart a way forward on this urgent matter.
