Severe floods hit China’s Yuhuan after Typhoon Dolphin

Eyewitness footage shot on Wednesday (Aug 12) showed severe flooding in Yuhuan, a coastal city in China’s Zhejiang province, as remnants of Typhoon Dolphin brought heavy rainfall to the region.
