Senate passes DHS budget plan for ICE & CBP, Schumer sounds off
The Senate moved early Thursday to begin a new push to reopen the Department of Homeland Security, approving a budget plan that would fund ICE and Border Patrol despite Democratic opposition and sending the measure to the House.
