“This is how security is built.” That’s Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Poland signing a deal with Boeing to establish Europe’s largest Apache hub. The facility will support Poland’s planned fleet of 96 attack helicopters and is expected to double employment at the military aviation center. Former Supreme Court head, András Baka, has been elected as Hungary’s next president by the country’s parliament. The Tuesday vote could go down as the last such in history, as the ruling Tisza party intends to change the constitution and allow citizens to choose their own head of state in direct elections.
