Another wanted man has ended up on Russia’s Federal Security Service list: Pavel Durov, founder of the billion-user social media platform Telegram, has had an international arrest warrant issued for allegedly facilitating terrorist activities, as per the Kremlin. The billionaire, however, did not take these accusations to heart, deeming them baseless.
