Rubio Says Us Goal Is To Reopen the Strait of Hormuz Without Mines, Toll | FULL BRIEFING
During a White House press briefing, Secretary of State Marco Rubio stressed that America’s primary objective is to get the Strait of Hormuz fully reopened.
“Our preference is for the strait to [be] open, [go back] to the way they’re supposed to be open, back to the way it was. Anyone can use it. No mines in the water, nobody paying the toll. That’s what we have to get back to,” Rubio said.
