Roommate Arrested After Being Hit With Charges Linked To Death of USF Grad Student


The body of one of two University of South Florida graduate students who mysteriously disappeared this week was found on a bridge in Tampa Friday — and his roommate was taken into custody, authorities said.

The remains of Zamil Limon, 27, were found on the Howard Frankland Bridge Friday as the search continued for his girlfriend, Nahida Bristy, 27, law enforcement officials said at a press conference Friday.

Limon’s roommate, Hisham Saleh Abugharbeih, was hit with charges linked to Limon’s death, including failure to report a death and unlawfully moving a body, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister.
