Residents demand action over undocumented immigrants
Residents of KwaThema, east of Johannesburg, marched to Springs on Monday, demanding tougher action against undocumented immigrants and accusing some police officers of failing to act against illegal activities in their communities. The march comes after President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the nation on illegal immigration Sunday night, calling for calm and urging communities to allow law enforcement agencies to deal with the matter within the confines of the law. Luyanda Danca reports.
