According to Estonian foreign minister Margus Tsahkna, commenting on the issue for TVP World, these revelations need to be taken with a grain of salt in light of many previous announcements promising a swift end to the war. He stressed that the only person who can truly stop the fighting is Vladimir Putin. At the same time, Tsahkna emphasized that Europe’s future cannot be discussed over the heads of its leaders, especially as Putin continues to promote the false image of NATO as an aggressive organization.
