Pro and anti-ICE demonstrators clash outside ICE detention facility in NJ
Heavily armed police ringed New Jersey’s Delaney Hall migrant detention center on May 30 as pro- and anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activists faced off, one day after New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill, a Democrat, ordered state police to assume control outside the center following a week of unrest and clashes between protesters and federal ICE agents.
