“I don’t think the Kremlin is pleased with this package,” said Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, who welcomed the EU’s 21st sanctions package against Russia, saying that while he would have preferred tougher measures, the bloc is moving in the right direction and the key point is that the new sanctions will hurt Moscow.
