Poland has a new UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gdynia’s modernist city center has officially been added to the prestigious list, recognized as one of the world’s finest examples of a planned 20th-century port city.
The designation marks Poland’s 18th UNESCO World Heritage Site and crowns more than two decades of preservation efforts.
