POLISH ACTIVIST ANDRZEJ POCZOBUT FREED IN PRISONER EXCHANGE WITH BELARUS
Polish–Belarusian journalist Andrzej Poczobut has been released from prison in Belarus. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the news on social media, posting a photo with the freed activist. Poczobut has been in and out of Belarusian prisons for the last 14 years, spending the last five of those years behind bars.
