Pick n Pay told to shop for better deals
Unions are taking Pick n Pay to court over its planned restructuring.
The South African Commercial, Catering and Allied Workers Union (SACCAWU) is asking the Labour Court to urgently halt the grocery giant’s proposed retrenchments.
The restructuring would result in around 22,000 job losses. SACCAWU says PnP has failed to meaningfully engage on alternatives. #eNCA
