‘One horse race’: Emissions targets ‘pull rank’ in energy policy debate

Centre for Independent Studies’ Director of Energy Research Aidan Morrison claims emissions targets “pull rank” in the energy policy debate.

“We thought the experts were running a genuine comparison when they announced they’d found the least cost system, but they weren’t,” Mr Morrison told Sky News host Danice De Giorgo.

“It was a one horse race all along.”
