NSFAS | Administrator under fire over adviser payments

The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training raised concerns during a briefing on Wednesday on progress made since Higher Education Minister Buti Manamela placed NSFAS under administration in May.

The committee says administrator Professor Hlengani Mathebula did not wait for the Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Finance to agree on the remuneration of his advisors.
