No charges to be laid over death of man restrained by police in supermarket | ABC NEWS


Northern Territory Police today confirmed the criminal investigation into Kumanjayi White’s death have been concluded following advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions, with no charges to be laid against the police officers involved.

His family have told the ABC they are “heartbroken” no charges will be laid over his death in police custody.
