No bail for man accused of killing his girlfriend

A man accused of killing his girlfriend has been denied bail by the Masoyi Magistrate’s Court in Mpumalanga. Lucky Masuku allegedly shot and killed his partner, Happy Sambo, in May last year.
It’s believed the couple had an argument before Masuku turned the gun on Sambo. Masuku is facing charges of murder, possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition. Sambo was 57 years old and worked as a nurse at a local clinic.
