Nkabinde Enquiry resumes


Former KwaZulu-Natal Acting Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Cyril Mlotshwa, has conceded that he was informed before May 2012, that prosecutors from outside his jurisdiction would handle the Cato Manor death squad cases. This has contradicted his earlier testimony at the Nkabinde Enquiry, where he said he only became aware of this at the end of May 2012.
