Newly released Russel Brand interview footage shows reactions to inquiry before guilty rape verdict
Russell Brand could face life in prison after a London court found him guilty of one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault.
UK police released interviews from 2025, 2024 and 2023 showing brand being questioned by investigators. In the interviews he denied the allegations, but stated he had led a “very promiscuous life”.
The comedian was refused bail and scheduled to be sentenced on Monday, November 9.
