Ramaphosa has emphasised that he will not resign over the Phala Phala matter and says he will be taken the independent panel on the matter on review after the Constitutional Court ruling last week. Ndhela says the party will pursue a motion of no confidence, insisting Ramaphosa must face accountability despite refusing to resign.
