Nancy Pelosi votes against Congressional stock-trading ban

The U.S. House of Representatives voted Wednesday to pass a legislative package combining a stock-trading ban and federal voter identification requirements.

The combined bill passed by a vote of 231-198. 198 House Democrats voted against it.
