Three people are dead, including the suspected gunman, after a shocking shooting near an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho on Saturday local time. Authorities say the violence began inside the restaurant around 2pm before spilling into the parking lot and nearby streets, with terrified witnesses capturing parts of the incident on mobile phones.
Dramatic footage shows panicked customers running for cover as gunshots ring out near the fast-food outlet. Officials confirmed multiple injuries, while police, emergency responders and federal authorities, including the FBI, moved quickly to secure the area. Roads were shut down, nearby businesses were placed on lockdown, and investigators began interviewing hundreds of witnesses.
Twin Falls police say the suspected shooter is dead, but authorities are still working to confirm the final number of victims, how many people were involved, and what may have motivated the attack. In-N-Out said it was heartbroken by the tragedy and is assisting law enforcement with the ongoing investigation.
