This is the moment a building wobbles before crumbling at L Say Maumere port in Indonesia as a powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast early Aug 15. The quake also sent a ship’s ladder toppling into the sea and prompted tsunami warnings that were later lifted.
