Mogotsi’s bail application postponed
Alleged political fixer, Brown Mogotsi, will spend another three days behind bars. The Johannesburg Magistrates court postponed the controversial businessman’s bail application to Thursday. The State wants to verify his home address in the North West. It also accused him of trying to bribe the investigating officer, and it says he may evade trial.
Mogotsi faces five charges, including defeating the ends of justice, and perjury for allegedly staging an assassination attempt on his life.
