Minnesota teens built a haunted trail. It’s become a monster hit.

Tommy Capistrant and Sevi Lewandowski are Twin Cities high school juniors with a very unique tradition. The pair met in preschool and have built a haunted trail in the Capistrant backyard every Halloween for six years now. It started very small, with one animatronic, but the two have collected and created more scary pieces over the years and expanded the project into a huge annual attraction.

They welcome the public to walk the trail. In recent years they’ve gotten several hundred visitors. This year, they will be open Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. near the corner of Donegal Drive and Somerset Road in Woodbury.
