Mental health no cause for workplace discrimination: Ong Ye Kung
The Workplace Fairness Act which comes into effect in 2027 will disallow employers from making adverse employment decisions based on one’s mental health conditions, unless they are genuine job related requirements, Minister for Health Ong Ye Kung said in Parliament on Tue (Nov 3).
