A masked federal agent pointed a gun at a woman in her car in Falls Church, Virginia, on August 10, after she yelled at agents detaining individuals nearby.
Footage captured by Carolina Molina shows a masked agent pointing a gun at her while she was seated in her car, as at least three other agents stood nearby.
“You almost ran us over, stop playing,” the officer says in the video. “I will arrest you. Keep it up.”
Dash camera footage later released by Molina captures her yelling, “You’re a ho,” “you’re f—–d up,” and other insults. She stops her car while turning left outside a section of a parking lot as a gray car driven by federal agents pulls forward. The agents’ car stops in the middle of the parking lot, blocking her car, while two more vehicles driven by federal agents block the rear of her car. A masked agent exits the driver’s seat of the gray car holding a firearm, which he points at Molina.
Other federal agents exit the vehicles that block the rear of Molina’s car. Dash camera footage shows one of them appearing to photograph her rear license plate.
After a roughly minute-long encounter, the agents return to their respective vehicles and drive away.
Molina said she had been in the area passing out her business cards to law offices when she spotted individuals being detained. She performs “psychological immigration evaluations as an LPC,” she said.
A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson described Molina in an unsigned statement to Storyful as “an anti-ICE agitator” who drove her car in circles around ICE officers, attempting to harm them by “weaponizing her vehicle” against them and helping “illegal aliens get away.”
The statement said the agents’ operation was targeting “criminal illegal aliens, whose crimes included a hit and run and drug trafficking.” The statement said Molina “could face criminal prosecution as a result of her actions.”
