Marius van der Merwe’s murder accused Matipandile Sotheni appears in the Brakpan Magistrate’s Court
The man accused of killing Marius van der Merwe, also known as Witness D at the Madlanga Commission is expected to appear before the Brakpan Regional court in Ekurhuleni.
Matipandile Sotheni is expected to appear to apply for bail.
