From a soccer field in Orange Farm to a community engagement in Soweto,Mandela Day became an opportunity for some Johannesburg mayoral hopefuls to connect with residents.
Patriotic Alliance mayoral candidate Kenny Kunene joined senior citizens for a game of soccer, while the IFP’s Mlungisi Mabaso spent the day encouraging volunteers to get communities involved ahead of the upcoming local government elections.
