Man steals AED device to “check blood pressure”
A 54-year-old man stole an AED defibrillator from a public beach in Szczytno, northern Poland. Quick action by city guards and police led to his arrest and the safe recovery of the medical gear.
When questioned by police, the man explained that he had taken the device in order to… “check his blood pressure.”
