Madlanga Commission | Umashi Dhlamini is accused of tender rigging at the City of Tshwane
Suspended Tshwane deputy police chief, Umashi Dhlamini, is on the stand at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria.
Dhlamini was implicated at the Commission through the testimony of suspended police sergeant Fannie Nkosi.
Evidence before the inquiry alleges that Dhlamini, Nkosi and suspended Tshwane CFO Gareth Mnisi were involved in tender rigging.
