The multi-million rand Tshwane Metro Police Department security tender will take centre stage at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry held at the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria.
Suspended City of Tshwane Chief Financial Officer Gareth Mnisi is testifying.
Allegations before the Commission suggest that Mnisi, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi and suspended deputy police chief Commissioner Umashi Dhlamini were involved in tender rigging.
