Madlanga Commission | Professor Pierre de Vos weighs in on proceedings thus far

National Coloured Congress leader and Member of Parliament Fadiel Adams was set to testify before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry today, but evidence leaders have requested a postponement after only receiving his affidavit late Monday night.

Adams was scheduled to appear under subpoena after initially being served with a Rule 3 notice in October 2025.

Adams’ testimony will be over allegations contained in the whistleblower complaint that triggered investigations into senior crime intelligence officials.
