Madlanga Commission | New witness expected to testify on Aeroton 715 kg cocaine drug bust

The Madlanga Commission continues on Wednesday morning with evidence relating to the Aeroton drug bust, as a new witness is expected to take the stand.

The drug bust took place in Johannesburg in 2021, where a 715-kilogram cocaine consignment was intercepted by police.

Evidence before the Commission has suggested that the first officers on the scene did not possess the necessary crime scene management skills required for such an operation.
