Long-term child sexual abuse survivor pushes for legal reform

A survivor of prolonged child sexual abuse says Hong Kong’s legal system failed to reflect the full extent of the abuse she suffered. Advocates are calling for a new offence covering persistent child sexual abuse to be included in the city’s proposed sex-offence reforms.
