LIVE NEWS: Trump says no Iran deal, primary election results, Canada tariffs delayed & more
President Donald Trump says there are currently no scheduled talks between the US and Iran on a potential deal to end the conflict in the Middle East, adding that the Strait of Hormuz is open.
Trump also says he is delaying the 50% US tariffs on $20 billion worth of Canadian imports after the two countries reached a last-minute deal less than two hours before the sanctions were to go into effect.
Results from the Alaska, Florida and Wyoming primaries are in. Cory Mills was defeated by Ryan Elijah in the closely-watched US House race out of Florida. As for the governors race, voters chose Rep. Byron Donalds (R) and David Jolly (D) to face off in November.
