Marco Rubio G20 News Conference LIVE: U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio addresses reporters in Atlanta after two days of G20 Foreign Ministers’ talks marked by deep divisions over Russia’s war in Ukraine, the Iran conflict, global trade and security. The gathering also saw controversy over Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s participation, with the traditional group photograph cancelled after European diplomats objected to appearing alongside him. Rubio also held talks with India, Japan and Australia under the Quad format, while the G20 discussed supply chains and freedom of navigation through strategic waterways including the Strait of Hormuz and Red Sea.
