Live: King Charles and Queen Camilla to visit 9/11 Memorial, meet victims families in New York
After the pomp and circumstance in Washington, D.C., King Charles III and Queen Camilla head to New York City on Wednesday, where they will visit the 9/11 Memorial and meet with families of victims and first responders.
The royal couple’s stop at the Big Apple, which marks the third day of a four-day state visit, is the first visit by a reigning British monarch to the city since Queen Elizabeth II traveled there in 2010. Security is expected to be tight throughout the visit.
