LGE 2026 | KZN voters turn out for special votes despite heavy rain
Heavy rain in eThekwini has not deterred eligible voters from casting their special votes.
The process started smoothly in Durban this morning, despite the South African Weather Service issuing a Yellow Level 4 warning for heavy downpours and hail over most parts of KwaZulu-Natal. For more we cross to our reporter Ayanda Mhlongo, who is at the provincial IEC Centre in Durban.
Good afternoon Ayanda..
