Judgment in Phala-Phala theft case set for November

Judgment in the case of housebreaking and theft at President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm will be delivered on the 2nd of November 2026.

Final arguments by both the defence and the state were concluded on Wednesday at the Modimolle Regional Court in Limpopo.

Imanuwela David, Ndilinasho Joseph and Floriana Joseph, are accused of stealing
580 000 US dollars at the farm in Bela Bela in February 2020.
