Judge Belinda Hartle to face possible Judicial Conduct Tribunal investigation: JSC
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has released a statement dismissing media reports that Eastern Cape High Court Judge Belinda Hartle, has been suspended.
This follows a complaint by registry clerk Thozamile Semekazi that she made derogatory and racist remarks towards her.
The JSC says the decision to suspend judge Hartle lies in the hands of President Cyril Ramaphosa.
