Judge apologizes to WHCD shooting suspect over treatment
Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani joins LiveNOW’s Shawna Khalafi to explain what happened during Monday’s court appearance by Cole Allen, the suspect in last month’s White House Correspondents’ Association dinner shooting.
Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui apologized to Allen over his reported treatment in jail, saying his jail conditions are too harsh. Allen was also taken off suicide status.
