Joe ‘Ferrari’ Sibanyoni, co-accused challenge case re-enrolment

Joe ‘Ferrari’ Sibanyoni and his co-accused Oupa Sindane have urgently approached the High Court in Mbombela to stop the re-enrolment of their extortion case. The matter was struck off the roll earlier this month after the State prosecutor failed to appear, claiming to have received death threats.
