ICE Busts Over 40 Illegal Alien CDL Holders in 15-State Trucking Crackdown

ICE completed a 72-hour, 15-state enforcement push titled “Operation Guardian,” arresting over 230 undocumented immigrants, including more than 40 CDL holders, to address public safety concerns in the trucking industry. Department of Homeland Security officials stated the crackdown targeted unvetted, unqualified drivers operating on unauthorized commercial licenses issued by sanctuary jurisdictions, aiming to eliminate CDL fraud and improve safety on U.S. highways.
