Hunt for masked Philly man chasing joggers ‘Ready to die’
Philadelphia Police are on the hunt for a suspect who has been seen chasing joggers and other Philly residents while wearing a creepy chucky mask. A warning circulating on social media included a photo of the masked man. The person who made the post said the man chased, cornered and threatened her while she was jogging, asking her if she was “ready to die.”
